Research Interests

  • Low Reynolds number hydrodynamics
  • Fermentation processes and bio electrochemical fuel cells in biochemical engineering

Current Research Projects

Theoretical study of the motion of one or more spheres and a fluid inside a cylindrical tube. The drag force and torque experienced by a sphere due to the simultaneous effects of a cylinder wall and of a neighboring sphere is theoretically calculated at small Reynolds numbers, for various orientations, rotations and translations of the spheres.
